We are looking for a booking star for private bookings at GRAM Group in Båstad!

GRAM Group consists of Hotel Skansen, Hotel Riviera Strand, and Torekov Hotell, as well as several restaurants in Båstad and on the Bjäre Peninsula. About the position

As booking staff, you are one of the hotel's most important ambassadors and the "spider in the web". Your main tasks will include:

• Handling incoming bookings via phone, chat, email, and various booking systems.
• Providing information about the hotels' packages, services, prices, and availability.
• Upselling packages, room upgrades, and additional services.
• Administrative tasks related to bookings and guest management.
• Assisting with guest inquiries, such as recommending restaurants and attractions.
• Ensuring a smooth flow and good communication between bookings, hotels, and other departments.
• Working hours are scheduled and may include evenings and weekends.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for service and people. You thrive in a varied environment with many points of contact.

Experience in the hotel or service industry is a merit, preferably from a similar role in reception or booking department. You have good computer skills and find it easy to learn new systems (knowledge of Hotsoft and Bookvisit is a plus). You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are a strong merit.

You are outgoing, solution-oriented, and have the ability to handle different situations with a professional and cheerful demeanor. You are structured and can manage periods of high pressure.
